Returns
You can now use our Returns Portal for all returns & exchanges. This portal allows you to easily return your order to us, exchange sizes, and create returns labels.
Products returned to us should be in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition, in the original packaging and have the swing tag(s) attached. Garments which have been worn, are scented with perfume or deodorant will not be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

UK Customers
Please note for UK orders, there is a returns charge of £4 per order, the cost of your return will be deducted from your refund.
International Customers
For all orders outside of the UK, the price of your return will vary depending on your location. More information will be displayed when you log your order through the returns portal.
HOW DOES THE PORTAL WORK?
- Open the Returns Portal
- Enter your Order Number and the Email Address used on the order
- Please select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange
- Select if you would like to return or exchange the items
- Print the postage label and attach it to the outside of the package
- Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal
Note, all refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.

ACCOUNT REVIEW FOR EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to deactivate accounts exhibiting an unusually high rate of returns at our discretion. If you believe your account or order access has been restricted in error, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance in resolving the matter.
