Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & eCommerce Assistant to join our team at Cocoa Cashmere London. This role will support our eCommerce and sales strategies, helping to optimize online sales performance, execute targeted campaigns, and ensure the seamless operation of our online store. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, creative, data-savvy, and skilled at delivering exceptional online customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Management:
- Assist in managing the eCommerce website, including order processing, product uploads, pricing updates, and inventory checks.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate, on-brand, and SEO-optimized.
- Monitor site performance, troubleshoot issues, updates and improvements.
- Analyse customer behaviours and sales patterns to identify opportunities

Manage customer enquiries and assist with resolving order issues.
Sales Support:
- Support the implementation of strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track sales performance and generate weekly and monthly sales reports.

Assist with wholesale, organising and attending trade shows
Digital Marketing:
- Create and schedule email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions.
- Collaborate on the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Monitor campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement based on analytics.
Social Media and Content Creation:
- Plan and schedule posts on social media to promote sales and highlight new products.
- Assist in creating promotional content such as banners, landing pages, and blog posts tailored to sales goals.
- Assist with photoshoots, including organising model castings, location recces and styling.
Event Coordination:
- Support the planning and attendance of promotional retail and trade events, including sample sales, pop-ups, and retail fairs.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as stock take, organising files, tracking budgets, and managing invoices.
Key Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
Skills:
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
- Proficient with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
