Christmas Delivery & Extended Returns

Our returns period for the festive season has been extended until the 10th January 2025. Orders placed between November 28th and December 20th 2024, can be returned for an exchange or refund (see Returns policy below).

For purchases made after December 20th, our standard 14 day returns policy applies.

We advise you to place orders in time to avoid any disappointment. Please see our recommended cut-off dates to ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas:

UK Orders: Order by the 18th of December.
EU & International Orders: Order by the 16th of December.
    UK Orders & Delivery

    All orders over £100 will be shipped for free in the UK.

    There is a shipping charge of £4.95 for orders under £100.

    All items available from stock will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that during busy sale periods there may be a slight delay.

    Your parcel(s) will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work).
    If someone is not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

    Parcels with a business address chosen will be delivered to the designated delivery place at the chosen business address, not directly to the recipient.

    EU / International Orders & Delivery (UPDATED)

    All orders over £400, there is no shipping charge (duties & taxes apply see below).

    EU - There is a shipping charge of £15 for orders under £400  (duties & taxes apply, see below).
    Rest of the world - There is a shipping charge of £20 (duties & taxes apply, see below).

    Your parcel(s) will need to be signed for in person and you will be required to provide the recipient's daytime telephone number when you place an order.
    The delivery address needs to be an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work).

    Please note: The shipping total at the checkout now includes the shipping cost, applicable customs duties & taxes. There will be no additional charges for delivery. 

    Further Information

    The placing of an order constitutes a binding contract between the customer and Cocoa Cashmere London and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions.
    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  Order payment will not be processed until it is ready to be dispatched.

    Our office hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. We are closed at the weekend and on Bank Holidays and any orders or enquiries received during this time will be processed the next working day.

    Stock Availability

    We do our best to ensure that our stock availability online is correct but if for any reason there is a discrepancy, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options where possible.

    Returns Policy

    If you are not completely satisfied with your Cocoa Cashmere garment, simply return the item to the address below in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.

    Products returned to us should be in an unworn (re-saleable) and unwashed condition in the original packaging and have the swing tag(s) still attached.
    Garments which are scented with perfume or deodorant will not be eligible for a refund.

    Cocoa Cashmere does not currently offer a free returns service and therefore you are required to cover the cost of the return postage.

    The item is your responsibility until it reaches us and so for your own piece of mind, we recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures the value of your goods.

    Items received outside of the 14 day returns window will not be accepted unless this has been agreed and confirmed in writing by Cocoa Cashmere.

    All refunds / exchanges will be processed within 7 days of receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.
